The H.O.P.E Institute provides safe and affordable community living for female veterans. Our property in El Paso, Texas has fully furnished rooms and offers on-site support to help veterans facing homelessness or financial hardship get back on their feet.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Female with or without children and adequate income for rent/utility/maintenance expenses
- Willing to apply for public assistance, if eligible
- Not actively abusing alcohol or drugs
- Able to function independently
- Able and willing to live and participate in a shared responsibility/accountability environment.
- Able and willing to participate in a H. I’s personal/professional development.
