Eligibility Criteria:

  • Female with or without children and adequate income for rent/utility/maintenance expenses
  • Willing to apply for public assistance, if eligible
  • Not actively abusing alcohol or drugs
  • Able to function independently
  • Able and willing to live and participate in a shared responsibility/accountability environment.
  • Able and willing to participate in a H. I’s personal/professional development.
